How much did it cost an American to subscribe to a European Hebrew weekly in 1870?

These are the sort of things that you may never wonder, but if you do, it's not always easy to find out. According to the American Presbyterian Review of 1871 it would cost you $5 to subscribe to Hamelitz. In today's dollars that seems to be about $95.
