Ths Cippi Hebraici of Johann Heinrich Hottinger, printed in 1662, contains the full text of the so-called יחוס האבות, (also known as אלה מסעי בני ישראל), an early 16th century guide to the holy gravesites in Eretz Yisrael and elsewhere. It looks like this:
